What the work looks like
Behind the bar are baristas who dial in the espresso, taste it and can tell you where the coffee comes from. Alongside them are runners: they clear tables, restock and keep the place tight, mostly school students at the weekend.
What we ask when there is room
An interest in specialty coffee, or at least curiosity about it. For the bar, working weekends is a requirement. For the runners we look for school students aged 16 to 18.
